I've only been with CAP coming up on 3 years however in that time I've seen us change dramatically, and General Courter has so much to do with that. She has just done an absolutely outstanding job.

Thanks for posting this. It's always good to hear from our current National Commander of CAP. General Courter is right - the cadets in CAP are the best people to advocate it. That's why I made my CAP promotional video. Great stuff, thanks again.
