  • wow, thanks for taking the time to totally hate on me, i hope you feel like a bigger person for trash talking someone online.

  • She's my favourite female songwriter, not to mention performer. She's a classic; always a surprise in the next song. And, I hope there will be many more songs... Thanks for posting this, it has me crying.

  • She plays TWO PIANOS AT THE SAME TIME while singing... I mean, can she even be more awesome? A music genius, no doubt.

  • Two people doesn't have a voice of their own

  • In this song I can feel both sadness and love...

  • wow, this is a song about losing your best friend to an abusive asshole-it is so sad, it makes me cry when I hear it, because I had this happen to me. I can tell Tori went through this from the lyrics. They strike a cord with me!! You have her eyes and face but you are not her- Her soul is dead - She is sand under his shoes- Treated like dirt, someone that you cherished and loved , is now just a doormat- bells for her - in remebrance--

  • @deonaka @michellekhenderson

Yes, it is blankettes. "Ettes" being the French suffix that is used to form nouns meaning "the female equivalent of". For example: Bachelorette, the feminine form of bachelor.

Tori wrote Bells for Her for Beanie, after they had had an argument about the way Beanie's boyfriend was treating Beanie. "And we go at each other like blankettes. Blank ettes who can't find their thread and they're bare." The "go at each other" part is about when they were having a fight.

  • cant stop whats coming-not even you-cant stop what's on its way

  • @deonaka In the lyrics it's written as blankettes. Like blank women, according to Tori.

  • anyone know the chords for this song?

  • would going at each other like blankets mean having sex?

  • I won't lie I do like mainstream music, but for the people who only listen to mainstream crap, they need to watch something like this to realise what true talent is!!! Amazing, I love tori!!
