My friend was kicked out of his school. The VA lost his paperwork, at least 3 times. The school was patient with him, but they dropped him after 3 months. And he had to borrow over $1,000 to pay for those 3 months. As for me, I've applied for college a few times, and I've been denied the Computer Engineering course (though I'm experienced in Aviation Electronics). I tried reapplying, and the VA is taking forever to approve just a simple application fee wavier.
