@UberMan5000 Because Disney thinks a screaming red tail sounds much cooler than a squeaking eagle. If you really want a laugh- sometimes they gape and snort at you, kind of like a pig. It's a rather undignified sound for a bird that size, but they make up for it by, you know, being eagles.
