Acid attack victim, "Susan" rises up to new challenges

After an terrible acid attack "Susan", a Zimbabwean immigrant, has not only forgiven, but stood up to the new challenges she now faces. She is making every effort to "get her face back". Her employers and friends the Dr Parkers; refugee rights organisation PASSOP- as well as many other well wishers have helped her greatly up to now. She tells her story in this short video clip. She also uses it to actively appeal for funds to get her necessary operations and pay for her medical expenses. Indeed she its truly someone who shows that, to quote Comte de Mirabeau, "Nothing baffles the schemes of evil people so much as the calm composure of great souls."
