For the last 28 years, Barbara Boxer has done nothing but foster a hostile work environment for our nation's job creators and help destroy jobs across California. While the Golden State struggles under the weight of an unemployment rate that has soared to 12.3 percent and with more than 2 million Californians out of work, Barbara Boxer is living off the spoils of elected office, having watched her salary more than double, become a millionaire and paid her family members hundreds of thousands of dollars out of her special-interest-funded political committees.
So, supposed to go with the person who helped run HP into the ground, and also is noted for laying off workers to solve the employment problems of California?

What amazes me is that job loss is mentioned as a key point in this video for Carly's campaign but under her tenure at HP (and Bell) she was an advocate against jobs in the US. She was a champion of outsourcing and fired over 40K people. She even said on record that jobs are not a God given right in the US. She has also been against most jobs bills, so how can she be for jobs? Hmm..

@AbnormalSteve - You're one of those tragic people who has to attack the messenger with name calling (typical short-sighted Liberal) because your message is entirely deficient and weak. It's the oldest trick in the book. Nice try, but no cigar.

Well California Boxer supporters and Nevada Reid supporters seem to have not learned there lesson. Some people like to hang there hope on traditions so much they loose big time. I HOPE you learn by 2012 because, guess what? It is going to get worse for these two states.ENjoy the Boxer/Reid unemployment rates. Enjoy!

@Eschatus2 You may be the stupidest person I've ever had the misfortune to communicate with. Its a shame what people like you do to this great country with your proud idiocy.

@NearlyNormalSteve - I see you're a typical brainwashed Libtard & DumbocRAT. I might remind you of the FORTY YEARS that the DumbocRATS held Congress HOSTAGE & under Reagan as well, YOU IDIOT, and also for the LAST 2 & HALF years of Bush's administration, PLUS the last two years, thus comprising the LAST 5 & 1/2 YEARS of MEGA TAXES. You're REALLY IGNORANT to think ONE PERSON is responsible for the WHOLE economy. It rests virtually at the doorstep of the DumbocRATS' OVERTAXATION POLICES.

@teapot816 ummm... we were in a recession. Jobs were being lost by staggering numbers and were projected to continue from Bush. If McCain had won (whom I voted for) we'd be in the exact same mess. Even the wall street journal estimated jobs and the economy would spiral down. Whether conservative, liberal or independent, almost all economists had projected unemployment would increase for years to come. So by making this argument you are actually making an argument against Bush failed economics.
