THIS GAME ! Was so awesome back in 2003 and is still one of my favorites, why is it not as well known as other games of that period ?

The Skaarj were one of the few redeeming qualities of Unreal 2. Unfortunately, they were too easy compared to Unreal 1, and basically appeared only in the beginning of the game.
U2 had a lot of cool planned features that could have made it like a true sequel to Unreal and an all around better game, but many of them were cut due to Atari forcing Legend's hand
It's a shame, because it seems like given more time, we would have had Mass Effect in the Unreal universe (first person obviously)

I played that game years ago and I remember it being really fun and kinda scary. I don't know why everyone's lauging cause it's not a crap game. You just gotta give it a chance.
