Awhile back I was contacted by email by a man named Steve. He ask me if I would be willing to help him recreate my 118 plate 240v Hydrogen generator.
I accepted and as a result some design changes were made to make the device flow better.
Plate inlet and outlet hole were enlarged from 3/8" to 5/8"
Gasket size was increased from 3/64" to 1/16"
Inlet and outlet ports were enlarged from 3/8" NPT to 3/4" NPT

Steve was able to reach 40 LPM but in my opinion the device was never pushed and I think it could generate 10 to 20 liters per minute more.
I am thankful Steve decided to share with us and who knows, maybe we will see more video's from him.

Thanks for watching!

  • @delvis11 I know, but theoretically...

If enough HHO was made, it sould self sustain itself without gasoline...

This is excluding the power in Watts required to do the process...

  • @RzBusterCB87 How can you sustain it at 80% efficiency without outside power?

  • I see you have different systems for different vehicles, in theory if you produce enough HHO, you can turn off the fuel pump and injectors.

So if I evaluate the Semi-System on the website, and increase the duty cycle of the electrons, I can effectivley double the HHO output to what? from 40 Liters to maybe 80?

  • @RzBusterCB87 You cant turn off the engine because you need the alternator running for the generator. These systems run 80% efficient at best.

  • Sir, I have a large electric power generator. I want to buy your hydrogen generator the highest qualities of safety, at a price you specify. hope u replay to me soon .

  • @aiiooCom i have hho generators for sale on my website. thx

  • @delvis11 Same analogy goes with generating browns gas, there is a more efficient way to do this, we just have to figure out how to make it work.

  • @delvis11 Think of it like this:

Pretend microwave ovens did not exist, people only knew how to use an electric stove top to heat a pot of water.

Everyone thought the process was only so efficient and only so fast.

Then came along someone who invented the microwave (lets call him Stanly Meyers).

Along comes someone to suppress this info because they do not want you to use less electricity, this person (Stanly Meyers) is now found dead the next day.

  • @delvis11 That is electrolysis as defined as current being the catalyst.

If you restrict the current and use the atoms resonance frequency, it will split itself apart through its own resonance, and it will use way less power.

It is link of like comparing an electric stove top to a microwave, or an analog versus a digital signal.

We just have to find the effective way to do this.

Its supposed to be 42.8 KHz, but I have only just started ordering parts to test this...

  • @delvis11 do you sell the schematics...?! :D

I'd really like to try and make my own, you can call is a self accomplishement...

I'm only planning on using a flashback arrestor, do you think I should still have a bubbler between the generator and arrestor?

Whats the specs on the electric supply to the plates?

  • . Amps are what you pay for! @70 BTU's per liter with HHO of 60 liters you have 4200 BTU's from your HHO generator at 39 amps. A regular wall heater uses 1500 Watts to get 5120 BTU at 12.5 Amps. (1/3 the amperage of the HHO) Your HHO generator is only 60% efficient to current technology! You need more HHO and less Amps. Show me 60 LPM at 10 amps and your cookin with gas ; ) no pun intended.
