where did you get your intercooler? straight bolt in from a newer 7.3? i'm looking at a 95 5 speed.

I got Beans Stage 1's in my truck. Its smokes good. But i need to get some custom tuning. . . Did you have TW custom burn your chip to work better with the injectors?

you said that you just put an intercooler on. how bad were the EGT's without it and stage 1's. i got the tw chip too and want to do stage 1's but i thought that i might need the intercooler first. what do you say. i also just got the 1.0 turbo housing but haven't put it on yet. just wondering thanks

thats all u did to the truck and it will smoke that much???? i also have the same truck and im trying to get it to smoke.

Where did u get the stage 1's from? and how did that affect your MPG?

They came from Rosewood diesel shop, didnt really affect my mpgs at all

How was that DIY kit, did you buy the new pistons for the, or did you leave the old ones. Ha, they told be that stage 1's wouldnt smoke that much even with a chip

Without the intercooler I got up to 1500 egts flooring it from a stop on my extreme setting and now with the intercooler I dont see over 1000 doin the same. Also dont get the 1.0 housing it wont be necessary you will be able to build plenty of boost quick enough with the stage 1s, save up for a D66 turbo instead of spending money on the housing

Yep Ive got stage 1 injectors, stock turbo and a TW chip, exhaust and intake and I just recently put on an intercooler and it smokes like a train
