actaully, depending on who you talk to.
Russia, Serbia, China, and the UN havn't even come to recognize its indpendence.
Just because a country, like say Tibet, declares independence and is recognized by some means nothing until the UN does.
Kosovo is in a limbo right now and I doubt it will recieve its independence just because of what happened in the war.
