Stevia and Truvia do not have aspartame in them and they taste just like sugar :) and it's available at walmart :)

Urgh I pretty much live on diet drinks and products, I must be full of the stuff! Pretty worried now.... Thanks so much for this video! It's scary how things like that can get approved by the FDA and stay in common usage!

Hi I am a type 2 diabetic, I cut out Aspartame over 20 years ago and have never had a headache since. I used to constantly suffer with bad headaches. I now order Stevia on the Internet. I only wish it was more widely available over here in the UK.
