Sawiris is dying to separate the religion from the country and hence he is very worrying man. I do respect him and every think but he needs to reialise that Egypt is a Muslim country and it is retarded not because they are so religious, in fact the opposite is correct which is becasue they do not follow the pass of ISLAM the way it should be.

Al jazeera has a very huge of aspect of freedom of speech and expressing your thoughts and what is said about the arabic countries whether egypt or any other country reflects the idea of the peoplr inside this country. This means when they critisize the regime in egypt this is what the people inside the country believe.

I am a Muslim man and very egyptian, I do respect him very much - guys the current version of Islam is not what we want to have. Again, being a Muslim doesn't necessarly mean that I have to recruit only Muslim people in my business. I don't know why people are just fighting Islam every where, without even having the time to study it and digest it well, just as they follow all these imported ideologies such as secuarlism and that rubbish. Secuarlism is something similar to presenting the poison in a sandwich made of honey .

there is no contrdiction between democracy and the priinciples of Islam. why would you regulate for yourself if Alah had already sent his word and what to do and what not to do. Human regulations lack a holistic views and knowledge. then in Egypt I guess you cannot limit Islam to just an ideology, and limit almost 90% of the country's population to simply an individul. secuarlism did not solve most of the western advanced world's problems.

Yet, the way we understand, look at, interpreter, and implement it is going to be a human point of view. Therefore, what comes out from a religion is going to be relative by default. So even ruling by a religion law is going to be secular in principle, since the huge effect of human factor in dealing with it. The difference is that ruling formation will fall into theocracy
