I like this tutorial as I've never cooked a barbecue myself. I think I would be a little nervous to cook a steak etc (in case I messed it up). I've seen disposable barbecues here in the UK, and so think I might buy one & give it go. It would be good to see more introductory videos on basic barbecues.

I am with you man, my wife is the same way, wants her steak done, I say there is only one way to eat a steak and that is Medium Rare! and it dont need to steak sauce either
