@kansanchief It's not just your state my friend, this is still the norm across much of the country. Honestly if someone think pot deserves its schedule 1 status and should be illegal with the current penalties it has, then that person is a combination of ignorant/ brainwashed and just blatantly unintelligent. There is no way in hell that you would get put away for 5 years for having 5 roaches. You would have to be on parole or caught selling massive amounts to get 5 years and you would never get that if it was your first offense for selling. I got caught smoking weed by the police, had more than 5 roaches, and I got a 25 dollar fine. Cut the shit.

@BUKUINC 100 houses a day get raided in the U.S. and yeah they will raid you for anything. If they just smell pot and can tell what house it is coming from they may raid you it more so depends on your area because some cops just don't care and some cops really have a lot more on there hands then to care about someone smoking pot.Also if they can prove or label you a dealer they can take all your possessions keep them or auction them and pocket all the money and take all your money.

Thank-God I live in Oregon. I have my state OMMP card ( Oregon Medicl Marijuana Program) we also have the OGF ( Oregon Green Free) we are pushing for Legalized M.J for everyone over 18.
