It's a 'public' office she holds and nothing is private. The public has a right to know everything and if the voting public (taxpayers) want to show up at their 'private' function they should be allowed, after all I'm pretty sure we are paying for it.
Thank god someone is standing up for Americans. I come from a long line of taxpaying workers who built this country. Americans are tired of losing our jobs, homes etc. We are weary, cold and hungry. GET RID OF THEM!

They are probably hired detail, but their activities are still illegal as all get out.
Watch today's video, 2 October 2010 at my blog, brand new, for Round 3.

For the ACLU (and you bone head Elephants short on memory): Note that the questions I ask Kelly here and at the Manchester rally are clearly related to important issues she addressed, or failed to address during her tenure as NH AG. I do not get right in her face and yell at her, I keep my voice level.
As such, I am carrying out a reasonable function of the press, not a heckler and my speech and activities deserve the highest level of Constitutional Protection.
Duh.

And to spellbound:
Did you notice that the question I asked Kelly Ayotte directly involved her legal decision 5 years ago that the undocumented worker "trespass" law was Unconstitutional?
Silly me, trying to get her to answer about such a public policy question.
Tool.
An investigation continues and Kelly Ayotte will face scrutiny as to whether she participated in and obstructed justice in a very big criminal case in which Law Enforcement committed several blatant crimes. Good luck Senator....

@itwerkspro Yep. I know they can make a lot of things go away, but it will be interesting to see if they can hide all of it. And on the lawsuit, she picked the venue so now we will air it out in Federal Court.

If it's a private party, how can the cops be the security?
dale3858 1 year ago
@dale3858 True that. They are not detail cops, and there is State Action.
This will be settled in the United States Supreme Court pursuant to NAACP v. Thompson, 648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986.

So what have you been able to do about this? Is it against the law to have you removed from that get together?
Does the ACLU really help people with corrupt cops and officials?

@dale3858 Nah, ACLU was too busy to do anything, so I sued them myself and things are getting very interesting, NH District Court 2010-CV-501 check my online journal.
