  • ive seen actual MRI images on this.they tested the various exercises.no real difference was found in the exercises as far as muscles worked harder.i feel my upper chest working when id bottom position bench,ifeel the lower when i do incline.you cant isolate a certain section of a muscle due to residual carryover.

  • @Skylight00000 thats the first thing i noticed, I think its adjustable, or else its a shity machine

  • Incline bench will work more your upper chest and centre where flat bench works the middle part of your chest. If you can be bothered, a decline bench works lower chest but you don't need to worry too much about that as a flat bench brings it up anyway.

  • Whats the difference between an incline bench press and a flat bench press? (other than the fact im sat up.. i get that bit )
