@diiggas I agree. The British government are toying with building an airport there. It would be such a shame. The isolation is what makes it so fascinating and unlike anywhere else. An invasion of tourists would probably be terrible as well. The official tourism site says 'discover our secret'. Its very appeal is in its isolation.

I've been fascinated by St. Helena for like 5 years now even though I dont have any family or friends connection to the island. It really is an unburied treasure. I just hope I go there someday in this lifetime.
