@whammy850 Frankly, I'm surpised that Mike Judge hasn't decided to create an episode of "Beavis and Butt-Head" where the boys end up as contestants on TJW. Just for plot, I'd suggest something where Beavis and Butt-Head somhow make it to the "Face The Devil" game AND somehow manage to win.

Then again, releasing a version of the "Face The Devil" bonus game in casinos could be fun, too (complete with the giant arm). You know: give a few lucky people a chance to win some extra money and maybe a prize of some sort (like say, a free 3-night stay in a luxury suite, or maybe front-row tickets to whatever the most popular performance in town is at the time, with limo service to and from the show.)

It would be pretty cool to see a revival of this show like it was shown here (I liked the look of the '80s set). In the this high-tech era they probably wouldn't need the setup that was used then (which was basically 3 modified projectors with the slides for the graphics for both regualtion play & for the "Face The Devil" bonus game). They'd probably upload the graphics to a high-speed computer with a digital projector & use a high-quality flash player.

@tnawcwvictoria I'm with you 100%. We need the Face the Devil Bonus Island Beat the Dragon bonus games back on GSN
Watching episodes like these make me wonder why GSN hasn't brought The Joker's Wild back to its' regular lineup. Back in the network's early days (around 1995), it came on after Tic-Tac-Dough.
Gripes aside, good stuff, Chris! Keep on posting away. Speaking of posting, do you have any episodes of TJW hosted by Jim Peck (circa 1983 or '86)? I'm curious as to how well he performed as host.

Thom McKee was Tic Tac Dough's biggest winner and Joe Dunn was The Joker's Wild's biggest winner.
