As for those of you who are simply calling them whores, it dehumanizes them. Facing economic hardships, living in the countryside, making less than a dollar a day, the choices are limited. Thus to put food in their mouths, clothes on their childrens' back, that's the route taken.
What angers me even more is how loser white Americans, Europeans, Australians come to my motherland and simply think having sex with prostitutes is what makes Viet Nam beautiful.

Somebody get that guy a board with some wheels on it.

You say the exact same thing over different sites. Why don't you shut the fuck up or back up your assertions. What country pumps more free money, food and effort into helping the world's needed than the US? Billions and billions go to Africa all the way down to Japan sunami relief.
What land was "harvested"? Be exact and back it up with proof - not argument. By the way, asswipe, US rebuilt Japan on its own accord. We could have just as easily walked the fuck away.

Nothing new here.
The USA are a fascist military empire which massacres and exploits the poor and helpless of this world in order to expand to cover the planet with their bases (the US equivalent of imperialism).
The population is brainwashed into radical nationalists who worship the military as a godlike entity and oppose any questioners.
They install and back dictators until the time is right to "harvest" the land, then they bomb, invade and occupy it.
Americans = Disgusting pigs!

@mostdimentionless you do know the US didnt start this war right? also you do know the northern communists killed many people from the south as well...you cant go around blaming the worlds problems on the US as always you idiot. learn how the vietnam war started instead of just watching "napalming vietnam"videos you ignorant kid.

I would like to see the entire film. Business people don't mind war as there is a lot of money to be made by all involved. Legal as well as illegal. The war craps mostly on the innocent.

@shillyshallyz You are a person that goes around and causes trouble. You claim on your post here that you support America/US. I just went into your homepage and you have a French flag all over it, and you write that you hate America and the Jews etc. Stop being an idiot you idiot.

I'm one of the students that analyzed this documentary and my point was not to be anti-US/military but more in how it was depicted by mainstream media in contrast to its depiction by the administration of then. I meant to question the short and long-term effects of the depictions and ethical actions by a military and its government in the presence of a transparent war. This does not only apply to the US but also to any government and its military.

My topic wasn't about being anti-US, but about analyzing the relationship between media, government, and military depictions and how that affects the domestic and international view.
