The U.S. government has become one of a "Do as we say; NOT as we do" mindset. We see evidence of this in how the people who vote for, and employ them are treated; and we see evidence of this in how those outside the U.S. are treated as well.
It is neither our job, duty, obligation or right to impose ourselves or views on others; no more-so than we would expect or want the same for ourselves were the roles reversed.
And we delude ourselves with all sorts of justifications for our actions, based mostly upon what the perpetrators on our own soil, have led us to believe. We need to return to priniples and expect the same of our govt.
I must admit I've always wondered why the Americans still have troops stationed in Germany and Japan. I don't think those two will be trying anything anytime soon.

You know If Ron Paul is our President, He might not get a Noble Peace Prize for trying to save the world, He might not be favored by men of power, but he will be trusted by the American People to do the right thing when the time comes. I am an American, and I approve this message.

Yep...that's pretty much on the money. Look at the hypocrisy, folks...don't shy away from it, don't condemn this - it's fact. Man up and admit to it...don't be a scared child and run away from the truth...what has been expressed herein is -EXACTLY- what our so-called 'foriegn policy' is. A thuggish regime established to terrorize other nations...get over yourselves and admit it. There's nothing patriotic or honourable in what we're doing with Our Military today...we need to understand this...
