Yes they lined up for me. You will have to attatch the bottom brackets the the tow hook brackets and then the upper brackets attatch bt the radiator.

Hey, i have the same grille guard as you and cant for life of me figure out how to get the small supporting brackets to the frame. did they line right up for you?
