The user singercanela posted it under the name of "Luciano Pavarotti - O sole mio - 1990 - Milano - FIFA concert". This world cup was far away the best organized, with this concert, and the three tenors first concert at Caracalla. The best world cup song, too (Notte magiche). Thanks my friend!!
