A guitar is just not a guitar until it feels right. When I get a new guitar I take it to the man with "the gift". Ed Beaver is that man. I can't explain it but he loves guitars and the guitars know it. So when I received my new Merle Travis Martin, the first place I took it was to Ed Beaver. I brought my camera as well. When I got there the guitar felt great. When I left, it was incredible. He's got magic.. Just watch.

I knew Ed in a previous life. Good guy. Happy to see he's doing well. Interestingly, I've recently taken up gee-tar playing and I happened upon this video. Great success, Ed!

Wow, love that guitar Thom! I'll watch for it on your future videos. I'm a ol "greybeard" like yourself, and currently into resophonic guitars, but one of my early steel guitars was a BIGSBY, and I recently chose it's next "home" and sold it to a good friend of mine, (who is a lot younger than I,) and who will treat it with the respect it deserves. Continue to share your talents by making the music Thom, after all, it's one of the better parts of life.......
