  • damn your life history is where I am right now i don't have any courage to get treatment...

  • @ParabeII I hope you find the courage soon. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. I spent so many years being unhappy when I didn't need to.

  • If you're 16, is it possible to sort this antidepressant thing out without parents knowing?

  • @offwithurhead Honestly, I'm not sure. I don't know if doctor-patient confidentiality extends to people under the age of 18. I recommend asking your doctor. I think doctors usually won't tell your parents unless they feel you are a danger to yourself or others.

  • @Jimplicit thanks fr a reply. i worked my way thru. about the only positive is i know what other people go thru now with these disorders

  • @JackGrippa211 You are very welcome :)

  • thanks for the vid

  • @polok890 I have never tried benzodiazepines. Is there a particular reason you do not want to take antidepressants?

  • @lukeslobbies I would recommend speaking to your regular doctor and asking for a referral to a psychiatrist or counselor. That's how I did it, and I was very happy with who they recommended. Another option is using your health insurance provider's website to find a psychiatrist in your area that is covered under your insurance. That will keep the cost way down hopefully.
