looks great mate. I am a great horror fan also working on a horror game myself using the CryEngine 3. I wish you the best of luck, but seeing this footage I do not think you need many ;)

Please, please, please rework the motion blur to something less nauseating.

Fantastic sounds, that little scraping squeaking noise really get me, and the groaning scraping metal all really enhances this feeling of uncertainty as to what's in this place. It's like the old creaky mansion on steroids.

Cut it down to 3-4 mins. See if you can put in some background music? Add your name and website/email at the beginning? The rest is solid. Great work!
