SORRY FOR IT BEING SO LONG! This was a big pattern to explain and it is difficult to make a tutorial on some patterns with my current set up

(Hugging my tripod is the setup and it's not easy to manage which you can clearly tell by the quality difference between my pre-made bracelet vs the tutorial one.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 - red
2 - yellow
3 - blue (You can use ANY color to customize these numbered colors!)

Set up Your Strings Like This: 1 2 1 2 1 2 3 3 3 ( L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 L6 L7 L8 L9 )
This is a single sided pattern - there are no R strings.

☼ NOTE: Each string should be cut 60" to 65" (inches) long. ☼
________________________________________________________

◙ Each row you will be required to leave one string out. ◙ Q: How do I know what string to leave out? A: It's easy- just follow these rules:

☼ For each ODD numbered row (1, 3, 5 etc.) leave out the last string (L9)
☼ For each EVEN numbered row (2, 4, 6 etc.) leave out the first string (L1)

  • I don't understand when you are supposed to do backward or foward knot !

  • @TheMakeuphair The instructions are in the description.

  • I mixed up the order somewhere along the way, and I'm pretty far along and reaaally don't want to start over ): is there any way to figure out what messed you up? ive been untying the little knots and retying for like an hour and i don't know what I did wrong.

  • @xokristeenuhox Yikes... well... What I usually do is look at each set of knots and try to find the one that messed up the pattern. This bracelet has pretty straight lines so it should be relatively simple to figure out what went wrong. If you can't figure it out upload a picture of it to tinypic(dot)com and send me the link in my inbox, I might be able to help you out.

  • you are a great braclet maker do you sell them just wondering

  • @ssopch I don't sell many/make many anymore. I used to but then I started to get carpal tunnel and now I pretty much make the tutorials only. It's okay for small scale like in the videos when I just do one repeat of the bracelet but making a full bracelet kills me these days. =x

  • @gurlzforevah755 If you dislike the talking fast forward to where it stops. Dragging that awesome little button across the screen will help you avoid all of my helpful tips and other useful information. When you realize you are too confused to continue make sure to refer back to the beginning of the video.

I'm here to teach. Teaching means I talk. If you hate talking perhaps learn to look at patterns and you won't need to learn from videos where people tend to do that talking thing. =3

  • How do you keep track of what row your on?

  • @TheRjs54 Not sure if I answered this or not but...

To keep track of the row I usually use a spare window on my computer (like MS Paint minimized to become a line across the screen- then I drag it below the row I'm on like an underline. Of course this only helps if you're using a computer... so if you aren't the best bet is to actually write down the number.

  • @dominiquehunter23 Haha, it's okay. I forget to hit that button sometimes as well.

  • LOL, I have watched almost all of your videos and have never thought to subscribe until you demanded it so... I am gunna subscribe :) (I messed up this bracelet like 20 times!!!!)

But thank you so much for all your beautiful patterns.

  • @Beyondbracelets gracias en verdad muchas gracias :)
