interesting, but probably commercial flights coming into one of London's 5 airports. i live right under the flightpath/holding patterns for 3 of them, (Heathrow, Luton & Stanstead) & at times when a plane is approaching from some many miles away it can appear to be hovering for some minutes before it gets close enough for you to detect movement & see its landing lights flashing.

The 2 lights on the right are part of the communication mast which is angled to the right but not sure about the single light on the left!

Not planets...the 2 or 3 lights at right are not...and i would say ..because of that..the one on left not either
