Here is the black version of Sharp Docomo SH-13C tested by www.J-phone.ru.
You can use Docomo SH-13C without any hypersim. It's software officially unlocked japanese phone.
Docomo SH-13C can work with ANY 3G/GSM SIM card.
The phone has wireless charger and can be charged without any wired chargers.

There's no docomo Android clamsell phones yet.
You can take Sharp SH7218U or SH7228U.
