  • There's always bluetooth besides I don't abide the laws never have never will they are rediculus they can't contol cell phone use they can stick that one up there ass

  • and how they also turn on their lights just to get through a redlighted intersection.

  • And also they do want us to be safe. yes it is also more money potentianally(pardon the spelling) in their pocket but no cell phones while driving would be a very hard law to inforce and prove, with phyical evidence.

  • This cop isnt too bad, he is realistic. Because, do we want to ban all distractions on the road? No billboards, no fast food drive through. Oh, and no radios or children or passengers of any kind in the car. Give me liberty please. People writing these laws just want another avenue to separate you with your money...

  • Many times I have seen cops themselves using the phone while driving here in midland with their super dark sunglasses... bla bla blahhh

  • There are already laws for inattentive driving. As an officer I agree that this law would be difficult to prove unless they ban the POSSESSION of a cell phone while driving but who would want that?
