Thought I'd stop back and give you an update. I stumbled across your Isle du Bois trail run video about six months ago - don't remember how, why, or what the search was for. Something in the music, the beauty of that trail, and your obvious joy in the run hit me. I hadn't run in nearly a decade. Since first seeing this video, I've now logged nearly 1,000 trail miles. I rarely miss a day, and each run begins with the song track from this video and a smile on my face. Thanks for the inspiration!

OK... how is it possible that this video has been up nearly a year and no one has commented before now? Brilliant video, perfect music, and of course a spiritual run. Outstanding. Thanks for sharing this.
