During World War II there was a saying that loose lips sink ships. Twenty five years ago, the loose lips of an American President caused quite a stir in the Kremlin. Anya Fedorova on RT.

  • @tomnogaro Whenever I need depressant, I watch Russia Today (RT). Needless to say I dont watch RT! I wonder what they (and all the other govt controlled TV networks in Russia) will do if Putin is NOT re-elected for "el Presidente for Life". I wonder what will happen to Russia's relations with Syria should the Syrian people overthrow Assad's govt? Can you say "Iranian Hostage Crisis?"

  • @panderingpieholes Sir you are correct. This is a propaganda channel, funny they'd even mention it.

  • That was no mistake. By this time the US had tapped the USSR's military undersea communications cables and wanted to watch their defense communications go to full alert. This intel was priceless in letting the US know what their communications would look like in the event of an attack.

  • @Chris6134

Push the button twice & there wouldn't have been a Nork. ;-)

  • 2 dislikes: stalin and lenin. i heard this live. i laughed for 30 minutes.

  • The world must unite to outlaw America...

  • I always loved Reagan. Maybe he should've pushed the button and we could've kicked those communists all the way to North Korea.

  • @TheMarksmenCat okay i get it, you were talking about the soviets. well, carter Did lead them on with his incompetence, and our failure in vietnam must have been another sign of weakness and lack of resolve. now we have the ghost of carter in office encouraging the iranians, n. koreans, chinese. and defunding our military is the probable next step so obama can spend more of our money keeping his blue state gov'ts alive w/ their liberal legislatures' corrupt (and broken) budgets

  • @cloudshe hum from what I know there weren't lines everyday all across the US just to buy butter and bread. Now you're talking about a few imaginary dead food stamp bums as if it were some sort of holocaust under the reagan years. Keep denying the truth buddy, admitting that communism was a failure would be too harsh for commie fanboys like you.

  • @TheMarksmenCat you have to look at carter's military to see why so much rebuilding had to take place under reagan, and it worked. btw how many folks actually died from starvation in this country during the reagan years? there seemed to be plenty of money for food stamps back then, what else besides a booming economy did the country need?
