Why does this guy repeat his jokes in every joke session
-
@websnarf Assuming the audio source is in the back of the theater, the situation would end up such that the guy in front would see the movie first but hear it one second late and the guy in the back would see it one second late but hear it first!
Then nobody wins. :(

186000 miles per second, 3.00 x 10^8 meters per second. He wasn't using the metric. It doesn't make him inaccurate, it means he wasn't using the metric. Since there is a way to turn miles into meters, it's just as accurate (ignoring rounding, which wouldn't be that big of a problem considering he's a comedian and not an astrophysicist...).

Lol! :)
The only problem is that you did the math, but not the acoustics. :) The speakers in a theater are typically surround sound and thus he would need to sit nearest the speaker with the most relevant audio content ... ok I even bored myself with this comment. I will shut up now.
This video is conclusive proof that science can and does appeal to a larger crowd than Hollywood and churches would like to think.
Nicely done!

How many other comedians would tell a joke about alchemy? Wonderful! We need more comedians who strive for mathematical and scientific accuracy...
