Fremont Street Experience brought us Nina Blackwood's Absolutely 80's from Labor Day to Memorial Day in 2011. This is a summary of the headliners from the summer including, Terri Nunn & Berlin, Missing Persons, ABC, Colin Hay of Men at Work, Wang Chung, Naked Eyes, Loverboy, Spandau Ballet, Men Without Hats and Howard Jones. • This has been the best summer. Seeing bands I saw well over 20 years ago and also seeing ones I have always wanted to see that never came to my town like ABC Martin Fry he was the best it was a dream come true, Also seeing my all time fave HoJo was awesome thanks again for the best summer of 80's

  • What an AWESOME summer! You all did a GREAT JOB! Thank You...THANK YOU! WOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...can't wait to see what will be going for next year and all in between! FSE ROCKS!

  • First to make a comment alright!!!! This 80's series was the best. All the bands were professional and fan friendly!!!! Nina was very congenial and stayed during each concert and talked took pictures and signed photos with her fans! Everyone involved has done an awesome job putting this together and I look forward to the next series, Whatever era it may be. Please not the 90's or the 00's!!!!!
