This is (according to my opinion of course) the greatest Ballad Of Chicago during their 80s period! Hope you like it!

  • quality chicago sound with david foster in control,he gave them the hit,s and brought them into the 80's after they lost their edge in the late 70's! with lyrics by steve kipner and john parker. peter and bill really compliment one another! love this album ,it was my first chicago buy! i dig 16 and 18 too!

  • I've been a huge Chicago fan my whole life. This is my favorite Chicago song of all time and believe me, That's saying something. I don't see Chicago as a sell out. You have to fund a band to keep it in existence. Chicago has put out 33 albums that I will enjoy the rest of my life

  • Their best ballad. But, like my high school friend once said - I don't think anyone would appreciate being called a HABIT though!

  • Your right...best ballad of the 80s from Chicago.

  • This is one of my top 5 favorite songs by Chicago. Ironically, whenever I hear it, I'm reminded of the late actor Jon-Erik Hexum. He was an up and coming actor in the early 80's and was starring in the t.v. show "Cover Up". He passed away around the same time this song was released.

  • Peter Cetera made Chicago an international phenomenon. Without him,Chicago is just another band. He's simply THE VOICE

  • @Mrschmeltz1 I'll 2nd that motion!

  • Beautiful song from this wonderful group "Long Ago." :(

  • simply the best band of all time

  • Chicago at its very Best, the vocals, sax trumpet, trombone drum, what a bass!

keyboard lead guitar man o man what a song! the best ever

  • @justcruzzinn sacrosanct words, buddy…something is so wrong with the world these times! I saw Chicago a couple of days ago and I had running tears…this song still kills me…it is just too much to take…just beautiful...
