he has done so much more that this video hasnt covered for lille but good try mate. he will be amazing next season for liverpool, which dissapoints me a chelsea fan. why didnt we loan him instead of letting him go. chelsea right are in dying need of another creative midfielder. oh man just imagine the partnership of joe cole and juan mata would of made.

I think Cole is more talented than most of the Liverpool squad. You can't compare him to Gerrard anyway cause he beats Gerrard for skill all day any day.. Aquilani is also another talented player that wasn't suited to Liverpools style of play, your typical type of Liverpool player have a more industrial style over technical ability like Gerrard, Kuyt, Carragher, sterling, Carroll.

Gerrard, Aquilani and Suarez are all better than him and when Meireles was here Cole was 4th/5th choice..

Trust me I watched all of Liverpool's pre-season games and was willing to give Cole a chance after a rocky first season but he simply looked second rate, Tried hard and ran all game but didn't look up to standard, In fact Aquilani looked the best player for us in pre-season.
