PLEASE, ANYONE READING THIS - PLEASE TAKE NOTE. THESE PRACTICES ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. KUNDALINI IS NOT A WAY TO GOD. I KNEW SOMEONE WHO LITERALLY WENT MAD BECAUSE OF KUNDALINI AWAKENING, OTHERS BECAME DISABLED OR MENTALLY ILL.
THE ONLY WAY TO GOD REALLY IS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST. NOTHING CAN ATONE FOR THE SINS YOU KNOW YOU'RE GUILTY OF BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS. IT'S A BASIC PRINCIPLE -ONE LIFE SURRENDERED FOR THE LIFES OF MANY. DOES ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY 'GURU' WHO GAVE THEIR LIFE FOR YOU?

@surfingisfun002 I recommend the book "Kundalini Tantra" by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. And yes that is common. Try storing excess hot energy in your stomach instead of in higher centers, that can help with delusions/craziness.

@surfingisfun002 I don't know if there is a specific amount of time these movements can last for, but you are definitely not going crazy. Do you practice yoga or any type of spiritual discipline? If so, you can clear out the channels faster so that the energy can flow more smoothly, and eventually you will awaken to your full potential and ground this energy into your life, creating it however you please. @vitea2 haha, actually the exact opposite! This can only happen once you've reached a high level of purity of mind body and spirit. Sounds crazy, but trust me it is really, really nice and feels great. I've laughed uncontrollably for like 15 minutes straight before when this first happened to me. Great stuff, I recommend it and shit.

This is what we experienced when we ministered in India. Only we cast the spirits out in Jesus name, and the people were set free. It's difficult to watch this take place. It's a victory for Satan, and it doesn't have to be.
