C'mon over to http://marieforleo.com/2012/01/no-tim... where the main discussion happens after the episode!

No time to work out? You may need to move your boogie body! But seriously . . .
Finding ways to workout while juggling work pressure, time for kids, and time for yourself can be overwhelming. Many of us can feel guilty for exercising when we think we should be spending our free time making money to pay the bills!
In this video, I'll share some important research from a well respected Harvard Medical School doctor who has linked exercise to the effects on your brain: your mood, vitality, alertness, etc....all great things to have working for you when the business pressure seems overwhelming!
You'll learn some simple (and hilarious) tips for making time for fitness and move your "boogie body", ways to workout with your kids, and why thinking about fitness more as brain booster vs. a body exercise will help you excel at business and life.

Not Fatal Attraction, BASIC INSTINCT is more like it, ;)

Thanks for the tip. I am getting up earlier to include my exercise and yet, I find myself on days I don't wake up, looking for an excuse to do squats when nobody is watching. And my butt thanks me for it.

I am lucky. I own a karate school so I started a kickboxing classes that I "join in" to stay in shape. It turned into a additional source of income. Also, I try to synergize exercise with other things. For example, I live close to my business. I walk my dogs there and get some work done then walk home. Work, exercise, and dog walk done. For someone really busy get involved in a High intensity interval training @ 12 minutes/ day. YouTube has a lot of great channels like Body Rock TV.

I love your videos. I also do videos to motivate and inspire people to workout, eat clean and take care of themselves. However, you are a PRO in this. I hope to be as good as you are. Meanwhile I will continue to learn from you and your tips.

I know all about working out everyday and then stopping slowly during pregnancy and then trying to get my energy back to doing it all over again. Since my body loves food, and loves to hold onto all that fat I NEED to workout and eat properly. However I also know how hard it is to do that so with all the Turbofire, P90X, Turbo Jam, and workouts online I also like working out with a friend. Oh, and my Wheybeyond and Focus helps a lot from Ocean Avenue!!!!

I have two options for my workout a.in the am after hubby goes to work or B. (This one I love) in my 3pm slump, I seem to be least productive at this time anyways so hitting the gym, which is just downstairs, always feels great!

Seriously, that question could have come from me! This is something I'm struggling with big time ... I feel like I need to be working and making money and that time for exercise, though necessary, is like of a luxury. This is the video I needed to find today. Thanks Marie :D

I don't believe in "no time to work out". It's all about making a little effort.

If your day is packed from 9am to 10pm you can still go work out at 6am, for example...

..And even if you wake up earlier, exercising will give you an energy boost. <- Proven fact here!

And as for anything in life... if you're *really* serious about something, you have to find the time for it.

Intensity of exercise is far more important than quantity.

Try intermittent fasting (IF) on days when you really have to be creative and high energy, but do it first a few times on off days so that your body adapts first. See Marks Daily Apple for an explanation of how it works.

I am way more productive, creative and aggressive (in a good way) when I work out regularly. On days when I have to plan, give presentations or be super creative I IF.
