No time to work out? You may need to move your boogie body! But seriously . . .
Finding ways to workout while juggling work pressure, time for kids, and time for yourself can be overwhelming. Many of us can feel guilty for exercising when we think we should be spending our free time making money to pay the bills!
In this video, I'll share some important research from a well respected Harvard Medical School doctor who has linked exercise to the effects on your brain: your mood, vitality, alertness, etc....all great things to have working for you when the business pressure seems overwhelming!
You'll learn some simple (and hilarious) tips for making time for fitness and move your "boogie body", ways to workout with your kids, and why thinking about fitness more as brain booster vs. a body exercise will help you excel at business and life.

  • I bike everywhere- store, work, library, clients, studio lab. Exercise and transport all in one.

  • @EMSpdx that's the way to roll!

  • Great Tip! You always manage to make me laugh!! Thumbs Up! :-)

  • @GripSOCIAL :)

  • I am lucky. I own a karate school so I started a kickboxing classes that I "join in" to stay in shape. It turned into a additional source of income. Also, I try to synergize exercise with other things. For example, I live close to my business. I walk my dogs there and get some work done then walk home. Work, exercise, and dog walk done. For someone really busy get involved in a High intensity interval training @ 12 minutes/ day. YouTube has a lot of great channels like Body Rock TV.

  • @trosanelli Body Rock is getting a lot of reco's - can't wait to check them out.

  • @EMSpdx Same thing here :)

  • YOU are HYSTERICAL.

  • I swear Marie is a spitting image of girl I used to work with who was one of my best friends. She's from Jersey too. Man I miss her! lol.

  • That's exactly what I do! I get away from the computer, turn on the radio and shake my booty to it...basically. I'm in my last year of school and so can't commit to a sport's team due to lack of time......but dancing works just as well! :) So, yeah, try it ladies!

  • Great suggestions! Most of all, freakin hilarious. Thanks for the advice, and the laugh. ("We're here ta letchya know...") WERK iiit!

  • Your body is a sweet little pharmacy! I LOVE THAT!

  • Love it!!! :)
