Stuttering is a neurological condition, but THIS is NOT stuttering, this is a jack-ass who can't speak WITHOUT a teleprompter. I'm offended by this, because I do stutter. This is a load of B.S. This big-teeth-big-ears-big-mouth, and from what I hear, tiny-teeny everything else.
