This is part of my strength training for the Hardmoors 110 Ultramarathon. I have been pushing this car around the same route to build up my strength in my legs. Each time I have done this I have logged the lap time to keep a record of how I am improving. This is the first time other people have seen me doing this, you would not believe the amount of people asking if I needed help with my car! It just goes to show compassion is alive in North Yorkshire, if only they could all be with me when I do the 110 to help me along!!!

  • Sorry for the length of time to reply. I haven't done much this year training wise. But I am about to pick it up again before the 110 miler in June. Try to get the miles under my belt but will be concentrating on hill work alot this year.
