With these ingredients, Tamarind Paste, Palm Sugar, Distilled White Vinegar, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Shallot and little bit of salt. Keep in the jar and refrigerated up to 2 weeks.   • Any vegetable cooking oil is good. Not Olive oil, cause it burns too fast. Enjoy cooking and have fun with it.

  • @watashiwaadilahdesu I think what she meant is that you can still use the sauce up to 2 weeks if you refridgerate it so that it won't get spoil.

  • There must be two completely different versions of Pad Thai sauce, because the one I know of that all the local restaurants use is the equal parts fishsauce to sugar recipe. I've tried making the tamerine version and it's a completely different flavor.

  • @watashiwaadilahdesu shes saying it will be good in fridge for up to 2 weeks. it wouldnt make any sense to store for 2 weeks then use it haha
