@pionstail If by 'may or may not', you mean 'doesn't', then I'd agree with your statement. I think most people agree that painting children like whores and entering them in 'talent shows' and 'beauty contests' is pretty gross.

Who knew that a kid put on a tv-show dressed up as a prostitute would end up as a fucking moron not even remembering the name of said show on a quiz show 20 years later? At least she's kept the prostitute look and, from what I can tell, persona. Bloody hell.

@Alexdurrant7 I wouldn't say violence shouldn't be shown on TV. I can see your point, that there's no difference in the sense that violence on TV may or may not lead to acts of violence as watching children may or may not lead to sex offender acts. However, I was referring to the exposing children in what could be sex offender viewing material; this programme certainly came close to that and perhaps crossed the line. Did the clip not make you feel uncomfortable in that sense?
