  • @russianskatingfan at the olympics he looked very animated and like he was loving every moment and who wouldnt be at the olympics? here.. he was robotic. just my opinion. the olympic program was more inspiring to me. the only reason he won was cuz of mistakes by other skaters. paul wylie skated great but lets be real, it wasnt gold medal worthy. neither was viktor but his program was better all around so ya.

  • @plankboi You are crazy if you think his Olympic performance was better. Most people think his Olympic performance sucked and some think he shouldnt have even won there. This performance build to a dramatic conclusion and nobody disputed his win here.

  • @lambielkwanfan No, I did not think Bowman had a chance of winning, I thought it was a shame he stumbled through the last 2 mins or so of his Free. I did not like Browning's free in 1992 compared to his 91 and 93 especially with the 'Casablanca' theme. 92 Worlds was disappointing I thought for Men & Ladies.

  • @premierrules LOL if you think Bowman ever had a chance of winning here you are crazy. Browning had his best free program of the year by far, it was just a bad year for him.

  • hmm i think he skated better at the olympics, even tho he landed the 2nd triple axel here. he doubled the triple toe on the opening combo, doubled the sal, doubled the flip... but he didnt pop the flip and he did a triple loop rather than single loop. this was just kinda boring.

  • Good for him, it's not easy to win the world title right after winning the Olympics.

  • I think the artistic marks were very well deserved. The choreography was good. And that second triple axel really made the case.

  • Nice routine but was this the 3rd year that he used it? Worlds 90, 91 & 92? At least Kurt Browning changed his free programmes each year. I think Victor's best programmes were his 1990 Short and 1991 Long. Really thought he would win in Munich. Here, in Oakland he was very lucky. Browning had a bad free,so did Bowman
