he didnt steal anything you have no idea what steroids do to you if you believe they stole the fucking record... barry bonds hit homeruns way before he took steroids and still hit them out of the park. the only thing steroids would do for a hitter is probably hit it farther it wouldnt increase his accuracy, or his fucking reaction time which really matters here.

@jakec916 His numbers ballooned when he began taking steroids around 1999, and then he stopped in 2005 when MLB began cracking down-- note how long it took him to recover from his injury and then how few homers he hit shortly after. That's not to say he isn't a great player. Even before steroids, he still had 400 homers and 8 Gold Gloves, and if people simply ignored his steroid numbers, he would be a first-ballot Hall of Famer.

Yeah he took streoids but you still have to hit the fucking ball. Streoids with hit harder but you still have to hit it. Its a 95 mph fast ball coming at you. Its makes it more entertaining.

@jakec916 True, but there were a coupleover the years he barely hit out..... its not like every HR went 500 feet. The steroids helped him muscle balls overthat only went 2-3 feet out. Thats cheating no matter which way you look at it.

dont like the guy, dont really respect his accomplishment. he cheated. whether or not that helped a whole lot is beyond me. however, i have to say it was pretty amazing in 2001 and over the next few years when everyone was afraid to pitch to him and he ended up walking seemingly every other at bat
