  • The Sets are so fantastic. Beautiful really. Must have cost a fortune. And be a bitch to put up and take down.

  • That stage set is amazing as of course is the music.

  • @Jaydoggy531 I can tell you right now that the Met has sold out to Chereau andCo. at Bayreuth.

  • @rumpwrestler what's your problem? you like Chereau and hooker Brunhildes with ghetto sets? No thank you--I'll take the magic over the crime anyday---Bring back this producion--best of all time. The set/costumes matched the mythos of the libretto/music/and W.'s intentions.

  • Heinz Zednik plays Mime perfectly-- just as he did in the Chereau production.

  • Ekkehard Wlaschiha!!!

i don't know exactly how to pronounce his name.

but his voice is Alberich's voice is very unic and perfect with the character

  • It's that godawful MET RING...so glad it's gone!

  • This really is magical!

  • So is Jerusalem!

  • I dont speak freaky deaky german so i dun get it

  • This is so Magic!!! :D

  • It sure looks amazing. The detail is unbelievable. I wish I could have seen it. The Met though will have new sets for it, we'll see how they do, but it will take a lot to beat this.
