Starting back after knee issues. Still hurts but sometimes that is the way it is.

Arched back goodmorings
225 x 10,10,10,10
Standing calf raises
275 x 10,10,10,10
Incline sit-ups 40 x 10;
Anchoring my knee hurt a good deal. Next week Hanging leg raises instead.

  • Good work out. Make sure to do low box squats as well. Too many high ones and you'll never reach depth. Keep up the good work.

  • I was having some knee problems and moved from a 12" box to this one. I am working on going back down an inch every week. Still haven't figured out my knee.
