Anchoring my knee hurt a good deal. Next week Hanging leg raises instead.
Good work out. Make sure to do low box squats as well. Too many high ones and you'll never reach depth. Keep up the good work.

I was having some knee problems and moved from a 12" box to this one. I am working on going back down an inch every week. Still haven't figured out my knee.
