Here is a quick drill to help with body tightness for the Top in Acrobatic Gymnastics from Brandi Lewis. It could be fun for artistic gymnastics too.

  • Obviously if the top isn't tight, or doesn't stay tight, the drill doesn't work.

  • So... what happens if the kid goes loose? Unless there's something I'm missing, this seems a bit too trial-by-fire for my tastes.
