I win the game but by my self but then it says you must do this again with a FRIEND A FRIEND I spent hours on that game then I have to do it again with a friend

This isn't the best ending of the game, in the best ending, the boss simply blows up, and Bub and Bob's parents come out of him.

If you're playing solo, pause the game once you encase the boss in a bubble and press the select button to jump the second player in. You have to have at least one life in reserve.

You need two players to get this ending. If you beat the game with one player, you get the bad ending.
