She also has all the stamina and heart to carry you there if you want to go! "Georgia" is a steady seasoned veteran trail horse and she is about as steady and predictable as a horse can be. She walks with a purpose - she does not have to be held back but you do not have to prod her to go either. She is no "dead-head" - she is a for someone who truly loves to ride! She gaits on a loose rein and on a keg shoe. This horse is careful and safe on the trail and navigates easily on steep terrain - up or down hill. She is fearless and will go absolutely ANYWHERE you ask her to go - every time and without hesitation! Any confident rider with basic skills will enjoy this gorgeous, 10 year old jet-black mare. She has a soft mouth and listens well to voice commands. She is as terrific on the ground as she is under saddle. She is smooth as glass, can really "rack-on", but will walk all day if desired and will canter relaxed & easily, when asked. She is a top quality TRAIL horse with a super smooth way of going...perfect for a long weekend on the trails - with plenty of energy to carry you the distance! Travis rode her on the big Wagon Train Ride in Frogsboro in early August and as expected, she was unflappable - nothing upsets her and she truly enjoys going out to ride! She has been thru water, deep in the woods, down the road-side, with dogs, other livestock and thru very rough terrain...always willing and ready to go again...she will carry you anywhere you want to go and I do mean ANYWHERE...and again...she is NOT spooky! Stands to mount and dismount. Loads/Unloads easily, stands tied quietly. Rides with a group or all by herself, safely and calmly!
