Christie Vilsack, the wife of US Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, tells Operation Frontline how much her husband doesn't like beets.
When he became of the Secretary of Agriculture, Christie hung a picture of beets on his office wall, saying "If you are going to say you don't like beets, you'll have to look at them!"
